How to find out the Trace-ID and submit it to support

What is a Trace-ID?

Trace-id is a unique identifier of the request in the tracing system, which adds the possibility of tracing the history of the request in detail. It is intended to be used only on rare occasions when assistance from the development team is required.

  1. Open the developers tool in your browser (F12 in Google Chrome).
  2. Open the Network tab.
  3. Execute any request or try to reproduce the issue if possible.
  4. Find a request in the Network tab and click it.
  5. Copy trace-id from Headers and pass it over to the support team to investigate the issue.
