Webflow, a premier no-code visual platform specializing in web design and content management systems, has announced the closing of a $120 million Series C funding round, which values the company at $4 billion. This latest investment brings the total funding raised by Webflow to over $330 million.
Y Combinator's Continuity fund led the Series C round, with participation from existing investors such as CapitalG, Accel, Silversmith, and Draper Associates. The newly-acquired funds will be used to enable Webflow to expand further into the enterprise sector, as well as invest in its core community, by initiating a $10 million grant program intended to facilitate creators in building businesses on the Webflow platform.

The grants will facilitate the development of various learning resources aimed at enabling community members to establish successful careers in visual development.
Over its lifespan, Webflow has grown to support more than 3.5 million users in creating over 450,000 sites in 2021 alone, with monthly visits to Webflow-hosted sites exceeding 10 billion. Alongside the widespread adoption by freelancers, agencies, and small-to-medium businesses, the no-code visual platform has also made inroads in the enterprise sector. Webflow's enterprise product, Webflow Enterprise, has seen a six-fold growth in the past year, with key enterprise clients including PwC, Univision, TED, and Discord.
