Founded in 2019, Softr offers a no-code platform with its primary integration focusing on Airtable. With this integration, Softr allows users to construct websites and web apps based on Airtable data, eliminating the need for any coding expertise.
According to Softr CEO Mariam Hakobyan, their platform has a zero learning curve and is ideal for users without a tech background. By abstracting away technical aspects, Softr emphasizes product building and content. The startup's no-code platform offers templates for various purposes, including e-commerce stores, job boards, marketplaces, and more. Furthermore, Softr applications are equipped with user authentication, gated content, payments, upvoting, commenting, and other functionalities.
One of Softr's distinct features is its use of pre-built building blocks and Business logic for handling tasks on behalf of the website creator. Such blocks include listings, user accounts, payments, etc. As a result, users can save time, with 70% of the work already completed. The platform also integrates with popular services such as Stripe, PayPal, Mailchimp, Zapier, Integromat, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and more.
