What you'll be doing:
- Architect and implement end-to-end features across our entire stack (React/Vue, Node.js, Go, PostgreSQL)
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers on best practices and vibe-based development
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into elegant, scalable solutions
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full application stack
- Contribute to our engineering culture by bringing positive energy and creative problem-solving
- Own features from conception to deployment and beyond
We're excited if you have:
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Vue, or similar)
- Strong backend experience with Node.js, Go, or similar technologies
- Deep understanding of database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work asynchronously
- Track record of delivering high-quality features in fast-paced environments
- Passion for clean code, testing, and continuous improvement
- Ability to read the room (or Slack channel) and adapt communication style accordingly
