What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and grow a team of 8-12 talented software engineers across multiple squads
  • Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions in collaboration with senior engineers
  • Establish engineering best practices, processes, and quality standards
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver roadmap commitments
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top engineering talent
  • Remove blockers and create an environment of psychological safety and continuous improvement
  • Balance technical debt management with feature delivery
  • Represent engineering in cross-functional leadership discussions

We're excited if you have:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in engineering management
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in modern tech stacks
  • Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams
  • Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven approach to decision making and team performance
  • Experience managing remote or distributed teams is a plus
  • Understanding of no-code/low-code platforms or developer tools is a bonus
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex situations
  • Passion for developing people and creating inclusive team cultures
