• Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimization potential
• Build and manage automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Collaborate with product team to implement viral loops and referral programs
• Develop and maintain growth dashboards and reporting systems
• Lead SEO/SEM strategy and organic traffic optimization initiatives
• Create compelling landing pages and optimize conversion rates through systematic testing
• Explore and test new acquisition channels and partnership opportunities

• 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or similar role at a tech company
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in user acquisition or revenue
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Understanding of SEO, paid acquisition, and content marketing strategies
• Basic coding skills (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) for implementing tracking and landing pages
• Creative mindset with ability to think outside traditional marketing approaches
• Excellent communication skills in English
